Ikzelf heb al vanaf oktober 2011 een pre-order gedaan, maar kan tot op heden (ook na de releasedatum van D3) het spel niet geinstalled krijgen, laat staan dat ik het gezien of gespeeld heb...
Voor mij het cijfer -10 voor iets wat RC moet voorstellen maar nog vol met (half) Alpha & (half) BETA issues, hoe hebben ze in godsnaam kunnen bedenken om op deze manier een game te releasen, 3,5 miljoen exemplaren verkocht binnen 24 uur, en geen hond (lijkt het) kan het werkelijk spelen binnen de EU, de US servers daarentegen schijnen werkelijk bereikbaar te zijn, en zelfs speelbaar.

Do is still have to buy a license?
If... Then why is it in my battle.net account?
In other words... i never had a gamekey for this game, so how do i activate it then?

Hi GUP,
Our information shows that you do have a copy of Diablo 3 attatched to this battle.net already. All you need to do to play on it is install the game after downloading it from the website, click skip on the activate a key and then launch the game. Log in using your normal battle.net login name and password to start playing

The problem is.. first :
there is no skip activate option..
and i get a error code : Error code: BLZPTS00002 when i click the link, i get back on the battle.net website where i have to key in a game key..

The issue you are having can be caused by a few things, so what I will do is give you some troubleshooting links that if you run through, should resolve the problem for you at some stage.
The first I would recommend is to delete the battle.net folder, details on how to do this can be found here:

Thanks for your advice this far.
Everything you suggested and linked to me, is been done, but when i finish downloading, the setup won't start any further, it just runs as a process, but does not use any cpu, i left it that way for aprox 20 minutes, but nothing happends.
When i try to start the installer manually, it won't start the installer until i kill the setup process, after that it checks for updates, nothing happend's again.. then suddenly i get the error code.
Now i have turned off every background running programs, downloaded the game again, but this time i choose my C:/users/public folder .. still nothing works and having the same problem.

I am very sorry to hear about the install problems you have been experiencing. The good news is that there are a number of working fixes for this specific error.
You should first take a read through these threads and ensure you do not have any programs such as ContentWatch NetNanny or other Friewalls active that are monitoring your download connection.

Please work though these outlined fixes.
Fix #1
1.Go to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services
2.Scroll down and find “Secondary Logon”
3.Right Click > Properties
4.Change it from ‘Disabled’ to ‘Automatic’
5.Run your Diablo 3 setup as administrator and it should quickly go through Updating Setup Files and bring you to an install screen
Fix #2
1.Right click on the Diablo 3 setup file you downloaded via the Blizzard Downloader
2.Select Properties > Compatibility > Check Run this in Compatibility Mode for… > Choose Windows XP (Service Pack 3) (Note: Does not work on Vista.)
3.Right Click the Diablo 3 setu and choose Run as Administrator.
Fix #3
1.Delete your C:\ProgramData\Battle.net folder.(possibly a hidden folder)
2.Delete your C:\ProgramData\Blizzard Entertainment\Battle.net Cache folder.
3.Run the Diablo 3 setup again, as administrator, and see if it gets past the “Updating Setup Files” window. If not, see Fix #1.
Fix #4
1. Run the Diablo 3 setup till you get stuck on “Updating Setup Files”.
2. Close it, and ctrlAltDelete and end the “Agent” process.
3. Run the “Agent” executable, located in the battle.net folder (for example C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\battle.net\Agent).
4. Run the Diablo 3 setup again
5. Wait as it will get stuck for a min or so and then work.

Tot dusver deze support, nu heb ik alles geprobeerd op meerdere systemen, en tóch wil dit kreng niet, eigenlijk ben ik er helemaal klaar mee, en heb zoiets van.... BYE BLIZZARD!
